If you don’t see your ticket information within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at support@kellysgreenlounge.ca with your full name, the event title, the date and the number of tickets you’ve purchased.
To view and download your tickets, click on the link in your order confirmation email that will be sent to you after your purchase is complete.
Unfortunately, we have a no refund policy and we are unable to process refunds for any reason unless the event is cancelled. However, you may give your tickets to someone else or exchange them for a future event. Contact us if you need to change the name of the tickets at support@kellysgreenlounge.ca.
